Michelle Renaud
Michelle Renaud discovered her love for the outdoors in childhood, helping her parents in the garden and rock-hopping in creeks. She shared this love with others as a Nature Camp counselor in her college years and later as a volunteer Outings Leader with the San Diego Sierra Club’s Wilderness Basics Course. In 2015 she earned her California Naturalist Certification and co-created the Wild Edible Salad Guide: How to Harvest, Assemble, and Eat a Wild Salad in Southern California with Michelle Howard as their capstone project. Michelle has witnessed the positive difference that nature and time spent outdoors makes in the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds, and is inspired to continue learning and sharing nature-connection experiences with others whenever possible.
